Hadi Timediouine

Hi, my name is Hadi, a Geophysicist. I have over 20 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, specializing in the planning/management, and delivery of high-resolution 2D and 3D seismic surveys. I have an extensive experience using state-of-the-art seismic processing tools and workflows, addressing complex subsurface challenges; including noise attenuation, demultiple, near-surface modeling, and anisotropic time processing. I have also contributed to multidisciplinary projects involving depth imaging and AVO/reservoir analysis. Throughout my career, I have successfully led and collaborated on major seismic projects across the UK Offshore, North Africa, and the Middle East.

My skills at work are focused on:

Advanced Land Seismic technology with High-Productivity & Broadband vibroseis methods: Distance Separated Simultaneous Sweeping / Slip-Sweeping (DS3/DS4); Independent Simultaneous Sweeping (ISS), and Blended seismic acquisition (Simultaneous Source).
Project Planning and Management: Survey Design and Planning (OMNI 3D, iManage), Quality Control & Seismic Data Processing (Omega).
Advanced Noise Attenuation techniques: Using multi-scale methods such as Curvelet Transforms, Cadzow filtering. Near surface characterization using Surface Waves Analysis Modelling and Inversion (SWAMI).
Effective data-driven multiple suppression: Using 3D GSMP (Generalized Surface Multiple Prediction) and Extended Interbed Multiple Prediction (XIMP), in combination with the Adaptive substruction algorithm.
Interpolation and regularization: 5D Matching Pursuit Fourier Interpolation (MPFI) algorithm to reconstruct the missing data in the frequency domain.
